TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products, website, and services offered by The Leads Bridge Group L.L.C (“The Leads Bridge Group”, “TLBG”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Scope of Services
We provide business development and outbound lead generation services, including but not limited to: Email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, Warm calling, Appointment setting, ICP form development, TAM analysis, and Strategy development. All details of deliverables, timelines, KPIs, and responsibilities are stated in the executed contract.
Engagement & Payment
All engagements require a signed agreement. Payments are made by wire transfer as per the agreement. Services start once the initial payment is received. Fees are due in full, by the agreed schedule. No refunds are available for rendered services or early termination.
Client & TLBG Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate information for ICP/TAM work, attend scheduled meetings, provide timely approvals/access as needed, use provided leads only for internal business needs, and maintain compliance with regional laws. Collaboration is required for timely deliverables and does not affect billing.
Our Responsibilities: We deliver all contract-outlined services, maintain confidentiality and data protection, follow industry-standard outbound practices, and provide regular campaign updates. However, we do not guarantee any deal closure or specific revenue outcomes, which depend on client processes and external factors.
Confidentiality: Both sides must protect shared information and prevent unauthorized disclosure. This obligation continues even after any agreement ends.
Limitation, Term & Contact
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLBG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability will not exceed the total paid within the current billing cycle.
Term & Termination: Agreements remain in effect for the contract duration. Early cancellation does not eliminate the client’s payment obligations. If payment is late or missing, TLBG may pause or end services immediately.
