This Cancellation and No-Refund Policy applies to all services delivered by The Leads Bridge Group L.L.C (“TLBG”).

This Cancellation and No-Refund Policy applies to all services delivered by The Leads Bridge Group L.L.C (“TLBG”).

1. Payment Terms

All payments are made via wire transfer as stated in the signed agreement. Services begin only after the initial invoice is settled. Ongoing monthly or contract-based payments must follow the billing schedule outlined in the contract.

2. No Refunds

Due to the nature of Business Development and outbound lead generation services: All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds are issued for partial months, unused periods, or early termination. Results such as revenue, deal closures, or internal conversion outcomes cannot be guaranteed and are outside TLBG’s control.

3. KPI-Based Contract Extensions

If KPIs are explicitly defined in the signed agreement: TLBG will extend the contract at no additional cost until the agreed KPIs are achieved. Extensions apply only when KPIs are clearly written in the contract scope. Extensions do not change the no-refund status of previous payments. Any extension terms must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

4. Cancelling Services

Clients may request to cancel services early; however, cancellation does not exempt the client from paying any remaining amounts specified in the contract. Payments already made remain non-refundable. Services may be paused only upon mutual written agreement.
